Julia Vassilia Theodoridou is an herbal medicine enthusiast with her own skincare and therapeutic products
to prove it, a guide of spiritual consciousness, and a student of constant evolution, with a basis and belief in
the Hippocratic holistic approach to wellness.

Vassilia was born in Athens, Greece in 1976. The day she was born she died twice and was revived but it left
her with a lot of psychosomatic issues, such as severe allergies, respiratory infections, fevers, and sensitivities
which required medicine that lasted into her adult life. School was a challenge although she excelled in math
and science. Her self-discovery of dyslexia did not occur until after she finished university but her strong
spirit continued to tirelessly learn. She was raised by a single mother who worked hard to build her fashion
business that Vassilia would be expected to one day take it over.

She completed her university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, and Advertising, at The
Aegean University, in Chios, Greece (1995-1999) (her real passion was Psychology) and went to work for the
 family business. Finally, after understanding the family business was not what she wanted to do, she decided
 to work for a couple of multinational companies. Although she was great at her work, her authentic spirit
couldn’t keep up with the fast pace and the office politics that the business world had to offer. 

She moved away from Athens for a while, all while struggling with the allergies and ailments that she had
since she was a child. When she returned again, things changed. She stopped smoking, drinking alcohol, and
started to change holistically. Knowing that she would suffer for a while, she stopped taking all medications,
changed her diet, and started to detox herself. It wasn’t easy. She suffered from pain and fevers but still
never took medicine for it again. She decided to try yoga where she met an incredible woman, an angel,
named Kelly. Kelly shared with Vassilia her knowledge of the more spiritual side of yoga and taught her how
to meditate. At this moment, completely naturally, all her theories of the world changed. It was the first time
that she came in touch with the spiritual world of meditation, and she soon became enchanted as she
watched her life improving on all levels day by day. This is when her spiritual journey began. 

After a couple of years of detoxing her body, and tuning in with her spiritual side, she decided that she should
follow her lifelong dream of living in Icaria, where her mother is from, in order to properly honor and respect
all of the health benefits that the island has to offer. A friend then referred her to The Institute of Agronomic
Sciences where she thought it would be a great idea to study plant cultivation before she moved, but when
that program was full, natural herbal cosmetics were waiting for her. 

Since Vassilia was a child, she loved science and math. The natural herbal cosmetics program at the Institute
clicked instantly and she started making her own herbal tinctures, creams, and other products. She was a
natural! Even before she finished the program she was making and selling products to friends and family.
Through this program, the magical world of Mother Earth (Pachamama) unfolded right in front of her. Yet
another new chapter opened.

In 2013, she finished her studies in Natural Herbal Cosmetics at The Institute of Agronomic Sciences with
Dimitris Kalimanis, and she moved to Icaria collecting herbs in the full moon and creating herbal medicines.
In 2014, she began her studies in Herbal Medicine at the Natural Health Science School of Alternative
Therapies, in Greece where she studied the medical courses of Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology (2016-17).
Soon after she took the journey to the next level and dug deeper into her consciousness as she
completed a workshop called the ‘‘Awakening of the Illuminated Heart’’ (2015) through The School of
Remembering with Iliana Dima, a workshop that trains people all over the world to awaken to the light and
the essence of the human soul. She is certified in Ayurvedic Medicine (2015) and therapeutic Ayurvedic
Massage (2017) from the Natural Health Science School of Alternative Therapies, in Greece. She finished a
workshop on Channeling with Iliana Dima (2016) followed by a second one with Leonard Stefaniak (2018).
At the same time, she studied Energy Healing and Therapeutic Dowsing based on the principles and
philosophy of Hermeticism. She is certified from the institute RSSE-Nonprofit in level 1-3 (master) in
Therapeutic Dowsing (2016-18) with Leonard Stefaniak. Her interest in Ayurveda led her to become
certified in the therapeutic Ayurvedic Mardana Massage (2018) by Michael-Paribodha Christopoulos, in
Greece. In 2018, she also finished her training in Hypnotherapy with Leonard Stefaniak.

In 2021, Vassilia attended and completed a 2-year seminar of the Dr. Ioannis Bouchelos Method in Medical
Integrative and Psychosomatics, ‘‘Hun Yuan Constellation and Reconstructive Therapy’’, in Greece.

Most recently, in 2022, she studied the Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoistic Diet at
the Viomathisis School of Alternative Therapies, in Greece.

Vassilia is the owner of the Icarian store “Melia” (from Greek Mythology) Handmade Natural Products,
where you can find organic and local foods and products, and handmade natural skincare and therapeutic
ointments made with Vassilia’s own two hands. She uses Icaria’s special earthly gifts and her knowledge of
herbal medicine and alchemy to create products that are clean, edible, and vibrationally charged with love.

Her private Spiritual Self-healing practice has grown by word of mouth and she now has clients in Europe
and the United States. She merges her knowledge and experiences through her own life, with her intuitive
talent to connect to the higher consciousness in order to guide her clients to connect and listen to their own
Soul.

She continues to work on her own growth and healing through her own teachers and therapist and also
acknowledges the teacher that lies within everyone, including her clients. She continuously confirms her
belief that as long as we evolve, the longer our path becomes, and the further we can encourage someone,
who is in search of the road to self-improvement, to walk.
