Hypnotherapy

Healing Dive into the Subconscious

Hypnotherapy is a guided hypnosis in which the body rests in a deep trans-like state of focus, Theta brain
waves, while tapping into the intelligence of the subconscious. In 1774, forefather of hypnotherapy, Franz
Anton Mesmer, called it animal magnetism. The media has done hypnotherapy a disservice by portraying it
as a magical trans-like state controlled by another person. Hypnotherapy is a safe and illuminating tool for
personal and spiritual growth.

During hypnotherapy YOU are in control the entire time. You have the capacity to go deep and speak directly
to your core. The therapy is not steered by the basis of what we know or think we know; it’s about what
really exists. Some strong minds might not allow themselves to be guided so deep into hypnotherapy. That
is why intention is crucial. Hypnotherapists are guides that hold the flashlight in order for you to search into
the dark dusty spaces of your being.

The journey begins with a clean and clear space. The area where the hypnotherapy takes place is cleansed
so that the space can receive the seeker and allow them to feel trust and relax. Higher frequencies are
invoked into the space intended to safely allow the seeker to take a deep dive into parts of the mind that
are gripping onto information due to past trauma. Since nobody wants to ever return to a place of pain, this
information is securely protected and hidden deep in the subconscious mind. The hypnotherapist then
guides the seeker to remember, without having to repeat the trauma, and to make the corrections that the
subconscious allows or to receive messages that the subconscious needs to express.

During hypnotherapy we are open to communicate with parts of our existence where in normal conditions
we are not capable of doing. The goal is let the brain tap into Theta brain waves so that it can easily and
effortlessly open, release, and reprogram information and believes.
